Early Responsible Government.
(Received 8.50 a.m.) CAPETOWN, January 26. Dr. Jameson, Premier of Cape Colony, speaking at a banquet at Capetown, said that representative Government would be granted to the Transvaal in a few dys' tims, and responsible institutions would be in full swing by August. 'The Orange River Colony would receive a similar constitution simultaneously.
