THE HOTTENTOT WAR.

BERLIN, December 15.
In asking for-an increased vote to cottinue the Hottentot war, the Minister stated that the troops were unable to repel the Hottentot attacks.
The difficulties with the natives in South-weat Africa, he said, were largely due to Rinderpest.
