Mr J. Dart officiated as referee. The opening event was a heat of the light weight championship between R. Leslie aud \ . Hunt, which was postponed from the nr-st night. Leslie rushed matters from the jump and secured the first fall after two minutes wrestling. Again making matters merry Leslie was successful in gaining the second fall and the heat after six minutes of fast work.

The next event was the final of the middle weight championship, the contestants being W. D. Mclvor and A. Powell. Although Powell put up a good tight he was no match for Mclvor, who secured two falls running, the first in seventeen minutes and the second in five minutes, and won the championship. In the light heavy weights on the opening night Wilson and Eraser secured a fall each when the bout had to be postponed, and the deciding fall was decided last evening, Wilson scoring after a few minutes of real good work. The final of the light weight championship between R. Leslie and H. Stevens was the next item. Leslie again showed great eagerness and getting to work quickly got a lucky fall within, a minute. The second bout was an exciting one, first Stevens and then Leslie gaining the advantage, the latter eventually winning in 22 minutes, and secured the championship. In the final of the light heavy weight championship Wilson and T. J. Burke appeared. Bourke, who is a pupil of A. Skinner's, showed great cleverness, and secured the two falls running, the first In four minutes, and the second In three, and won the championship. From one cause and another only two appeared for the heavy weight championship, Burke and McKenzle. Burke again asserted his superiority, but not without being extended. Burke secured the first {all In nine minutes and the third in five, McKenzie getting the second in four minutes. Burke has the honour of holdine both the light heavy weight and the heavy weight championships.
