FRESH MASSACRES FEARED.

AN ATTACK BY PEASANTS. PRINCE AND PRINCESS WOUNDED. ST. PETERSBURG, November 17. The disorderly characters at Kishineff, in Bessarabia, are openly defying the authorities, and are preparing for fresh massacres of the Jews. A peasant rising has taken place at Novyioskoi, in Central Russia. The peasants attacked the mansion of Prince Kossatkin, looted it, and burned it to the ground. They also wounded the prince and his wife. Two sotnias of Cossacks were sent to quell the disturbance, but they were driven off by the peasants. Reinforcements have been urgently demanded. Similar disorders have taken place in the Tamboff and Poltava districts.
