THE SIBERIAN OPERATIONS.
LONDON, August 28. The Russians have reinforced the guard station.! at Zareff and Port Lazaret. Japanese torpedo-boats have bombarded both stations and destroyed them. They have also bombarded the lower spurs of Lazaret. The Russians fear there will be a fresh landing of Japanese at Kurachuling when the rainy season r.r.s ended.
