Payable ore is still com-1 ing to hand from the stopes. MAHARA ROYAL. The Mahara Royal G.M. Company obtained gold worth £131 9s during lastl month. GRACE DARLING. I This old mine, having been abandoned |by the Waitekauri G.M. Company, has I been taken up by Messrs. Challis and i I party. A parcel of three tons of ore from | No. 1 level was treated for a return of I £108. N. Z. CROWN RETURN. After a rest of about three months, the I N.Z. Crown Mines has once more hud a | crushing. The cp-iantitv of ore treated 'was 3942 tons, which yielded £4835. Thej returns to the end of 1904 totalled £582,-1 071. The only returns this year were In' February, £3957. and for last month £4935, making the output to date £590, ; { 803. j
