I,KCTTTRE ON JAPAN. Last evening, at the Monnt Rosklll Baptist Church, the Rev. Gray I>hcon gave hi: popular lecture on Japan and the Japanesi before a largo and highly appreciative audi once. The lecturer was very happy in hfc delivery, and his reference to the late phases* of the war with Russia most in itnictivc.
