(Before Mr Justice Ed-wards.) FORGER SENTENCED. Tom White'.y. a man with a bad record, aged a'uoct :ikj. was sentenced to two years' inipiisonnn-iu for forging a cheque for £4 10/ at Auckland in the name of James Jagger. BANKRUPT DISCHARGED. Gerald Parker Burton, a bankrupt (represented by Mr Peake) was granted his discharge after seven years.
