Maphtha Workers Resume Work. ST. PETERSBURG. January 18. The strike of naphtha workers at Baku, |n the Caucasus, is almost at an end, the master- having made concessions to the men. 50.000 STRIKERS IN ST. PETERSBURG. NAVAL CONSTRUCTION STOPPED. i Received 5.30 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG. Jan. 18. Twelve thousand shipbuilders, employed in the Russian Government yards, have joined Putilolfs strikers, and have stopped completing gunboats and submarines. There are now fifty thousand Strikers in St. Petersburg.
