(By Telegraphi—Press Association.) WHANGABEI, this day._ Mr John Munxo, of Maxsden Point aged seventy-si_ % died to-day. His father was at one time a member of | the Auckland Provincial Council and I member for Marsden. Deceased was ! the first Customhouse officer at Whangarei Heads. He leaves a widow and son (at present the Customs tide waiter at the Heads) and a daughter, Mrs Wait, of Dun-din.
