MR. CHAMBERLAIN AND IRISH REFORMERS.

LONDON, October 17. Mr. Chamberlain, replying to a letter from Mr. J. B. Lonsdale, M.P., has emphatically denied the statement of Mr. T. W. Russell. M.P., that he (Mr. Cham- , berlain) is behind the scenes of the new Irish Reform Association, and that he supports Lord Dunraven's scheme for Ireland. Lord Londonderry, in a speech at Sheffield, denounced Lord Dunraven's scheme as a stepping-stone to Home Rule lor Ireland.
