Incroa-dng Unf-iemd-_nes_-LONDON, August 27. The Chunchuses are showing fresh activity around Liao-yang. Since General Kuropatkin's retreat from Tashi-chiao the attitude of the Chinese south of Liao-yang has undergone a marked change for the worse.
