INDIANS IN THE TRANSVAAL.
Decision of Colonial Secretary. (Received 9.17 ajn,) LONDON, August 28. Xhe Secretary of State for the Colotfcs, Mr. Lyttelton, has declined to allow the rights of British Indians in the Transvaal to be curtailed. A Blue Book just issued shows that alBoet the entire white population is averse to Indian traders.
