Hew Organisations. LONDON, August 27. At a conference of landlords and tenets held in Dublin to discuss the land question, the Earl of Dunraven presiding, it wae resolved to dissolve the organisation formed in January last, and to form » new organisation styled the Irish Kβfonn Association, to include Irishmen of ,11 professions and moderates on both odes. Another conference in Dublin, at which yr, Field, member for St. Patrick's divijion of Dublin, presided, formed a town tenants' association, with the object of obtaining security of tenure and preventtoo what are considered exorbitant rents.
