French Government Demands Withdrawal. (Received 9.12 a-nu) LONDON, August 28. The "Daily Chronicle" reports that M DeJcasse has demanded the recall of a certain foreign attache in Paris for trying, by bribeiy, to obtain information with regard zo the defences of France and her colonies.
