THE BALTIC FLEET.
PROBABLE DEPARTURE FOR THE EAST. (Received 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, August 18. There are prospects of the Baltic fleet's Balling to the Far East, and it has been ascertained that the admiral and officers are already on board. Eleven transports, carrying 6500 tons of British coal, have sailed to an appointed station on the route for the East.
