Mr. Reid, in announcing the Ministry, explained that Sir George Turner Lad joined Lim on terms o* equality, and "'a' the capacity of a join., leader, and had assisted in selecting the Cabinet. He accused Mr. DeakLi of a taseacl of treachery in negotiating with the FreeTrade and Labour parties at the sam« time.
