;': •' FURTHER DETAILS. LONDON, April 19. The Salvation Army state that the emigration scheme is quite distinct from General Booth's proposals relating to vagrancy and the submerged tenth. The new scheme contemplates sending only reliable persons of good standing, and provides that all must be approved of by the Agent-General.
