The New Hebrides. PARIS, April 19. M. Etienne, president of the Colonial Group in the Chamber of Deputies, expressed unreserved approval of the Convention. Referring to the New Hebrides he said if all difficulties are not disposed of yet the era of acute conflicts is ended, and French interests in Oceania can be now developed without hindrance.
