(Received 9.36 a.m.) LONDON, Febmary 28 Mr. St. John Brodrick, Secretary of State for India, in the course of a speech Jat Manchester, promised to stimulate I cotton-growing in India. He said that Burmah was a possible field where growing might be undertaken on a large scale Iby means of some form of indentured labour.
