CHARGE OF POCKET-PICKING.

The court last evening continued the trial of Thomas Kennedy and James Dunne, on a charge of abstracting 10/G from the pocket of a man named Dobson afte.r a drinking bout at Auckland in August last. After evidence had been called in defence the jury acquitted the prisoners, who were therefore discharged.
