Prices are still well maintained for kanri gum, and the demand, though not perhaps quite so keen, h;is still bfc; equal to absorbing the quantity sent in, with the result that practically no stocks are held locally. Very little ordinary, is being sent in. Supplies for the nine days of September total 214 tons. Quotations at Auckland are:— East Coast - £100 upwards Superior ordinary £100 to £115 Fair ordinary £6" to £90 Poor ordinary £50 to £60
