MISERS UNION DISPUTE.
DECISION OF THE COURT.

WAIHI, this day. Judgment was delivered this morning at the Warden's Court by Mr E. S. Bush, S.M., in the case of the Waihi and Thames Miners' Union, which was heard last court day. Mr Bush briefly reviewed the evidence, and s aid there was no evidence to show that the property in question was acquired subsequent to the formation of the Waihi Union. His Worship also thought when the members of the Union at Waihi resolved themselves into a separate s union they consequently lost any claim upon the said property. Judgment therefore would go for the defendants. The question of coete was deferred. The Warden expressed the hope that the question of sit* would now he amicably arranged between the two unions.
