EEADY FOR AGREMENT

Baron de Constant, in the course of an" .stated that Great Britain and Fiance were ready to sign an arbitration convention on the- lines of the one' Britain negotiated with I .the United States, and were also ready to. favour the working of The Hague,-Tribunal. That would be a prelude to the settlement of old difficulties, and the limitation of armaments would be certain to follow. ' " -
