A SUSPICIOUS SICKNESS.
LYTTELTON, this day,
The work of transferring cargo from the s.s. Talune to the s.s. VTaikare has been stopped in consequence of a susplc:ou3 case of sickness on the former stoamer. The fonecabin stewardess (Williams), who is ill, was seen by Dr. Upliam, who telephoned to Dr. Finch, the health officer, and isolated the patient. It is stated that Williams is sufft ring from a long-standing ailment.
