THAMES WARDEN'S COURT.

THAMES, this day.
The Warden's Court met to-day. The following applications were granted:— 1). Tilsley and others, three months' protection lor Sheet Anchor and Capstan, Puriri; Broken Hill, Wnidtao, six months' protection; J. A. Ashton, absolute protection for Tairua special; A. G. Trower, six months' protection lor Tararu (recommended to the Miniiiter); A. G. Trower, six months' protection for three water races and special sites, tailings Sites, and tunnels (recommended); J. J. Craig and C. C. McMillan, permission to empioy eight men for four mouths In the CartUgiui mine, absolute protection for machine site, and special site reduction; G. A. uougaii, six months' protection lor George Turnbull (recommended). Mr H. H. Adams' withdrawal of his application to use the Moanatairi tunnel was agreed to. The Mining ltcgistrar's plaint against A. M. McMahon tor forfeiture of the New Aotea at Great Barrier, claim £17 15/, was granted.
