The West End Bowing C'luu held their annuaJ priae uigit on Friday in the boathouse at tit. Mary's Bay. Mr Murdoch McLean (president) presided. M. Wilson, >,'. i< , . Oslo, and G. t.'lurk (cox.) The prizes for the Old Members' lUce, donated by Mr W. ii. Bartlott (vice-preslcieut), were won by 11. Cocke (stroke), W. Sands, J. M. Bell, G. Cartnr, and S. Westou (<:<.<*.) Mr A. G. Uartlett's (vice-president) set of beautiful iropuies was handed over by Mrs JLSurtlett to J. F. Thomson (stroke), G. S. Mitchell, A. J. Irtond, G. Whitehouse, and S. Weston (cox.) The presentation of trophies to winners of the Kohn Shield was made by Mrs Fairs. The regatta prizes were distributed us fol!ow (seniors): —A. Bailey, H. W. Hoes, C. O. Hughes. J. 11. IJlgelow, J. Stephenson, li. N. Cossar, and W. A. Graham. Kive members were successful in the ilght-weigbt juniors: D. V. Hanna, W. E. ''uss;ir, E. J. Edwards, A. J. Richmond, ami R. Notton. The heavy-weipfht maiden crew secured a win, (he representatives of the Hub bcin.LV. Llttleproud, A. Court, A. Watson, and C. Whitehouse; and the roffattu coxswnlns (L. Wceton and S. Weston) also received tropblort. During the evening a concert proffrarurup was contributed by Messrs R. Mario, R. Yonng. W. llarkin, V. (i. Lee, C. Stokes, T. W. Brown, and (1. S. Bullen. Amodeo's orchestra also contributed to the programme.
