Dr. Frodsham, Bishop of North Queensland, who went across to Australia in the Sierra yesterday, told our representative just before the boat left that he was delighted with the generosity and courtesy of the people in the colony, and be was especially loud in his praises of Dr. Bedford and his wife, to whom he attributes" in large measure his quick recovery. He went by the Sierra because of the necessity for getting his wound dressed each day. which, with surgeon on board be could more easily have done. When be reaches Sydney he will have to take a further rest before going back to his diocese, and ho will not be able to preach actively for a couple of months.
