A PAEROA, this day. Before Mr Bush,' Warden, the following applications were granted:—Richard Brown Peters, Extended claim; W. J. Taylor. M; A. Gwilliam, D. Hart, residence sites, Kara-. ngahake; Waitekauri G.M. Co., permission to work the Junction claim with four men for five months;-the Socket, Croesus, Waitekauri Ex. and Grace Darling claims with five men each;for five months;- also protection for two water races and one machine site.
Plaints: F. J. Batcher v. J. McLennan, plaint for forfeiture of Huaniii speeial.ciajim Forfeiture was decreed, with costs. Mining Registrar v. 6. Carrick, forfeiture of' Waitekauri Rock claim for non-payment of;rent< Forfeiture was decreed.
