LONDON, April 26,
Great Britain and Japan have advised China to insist on the restoration of Manchuria, and not to agree to Russia's demands. .
The Washington authorities are aitiiig alone in the matter of Manchuria in an attempt to procure a binding promue that the Powers shall not be' deprived of the right to exploit commercially.
