A CHAPTER OF ACCIDENTS.

WAIHI, this day.
Mr Mooncy, secretary of the Miners' Union, infornis me that the following accidents occurred in the Waihi Company's mine since April 2nd inst., and which, with the exception of fatal accidents, have not been publicly reported: W. Bunting, severe injury to hand; F. O'Grady, fractured arm; R. Watson, injury to'hand; J. Graham, injury to arm; T. Jones, injury to ami; J. Atkinson and back, severe; F. MeCloughlan. severe rupture of kidneys.serious case; C. King, injury to hand: G. Scott, injury to foot; D, McKenzie, broken foot; (.. Giles, injury to foot; T. Henderson, injured hand. All the above cases are now receiving £l per week from the Miners' Union.
