Dear Sir,—lt is now close on 30 years since I had the first attack of a cold, which has troubled me continuously. At first the cough was only slight, and, as most people thoughtlessly do, I did not take any particular care of myself, thinking the cough would soon leave me. I was then about fourteen stone in weight; but I began to get worse, and in spite of medical attendance, I soon found the cold had such a severe hold on me that nothlug apparently did me any good. For years I tried many of the advertised remedles, but they all failed to cure me.
