There is every probability of the Waari black at Henderson. I*4 mile? from Auckland, being ready for settlement at the end of next month. Thi« block, which was purchased from Mr Bruce by the Govermnent some time ago urd"/f the Lands for Settlement Consolidated Act for the purpose of holdings for workmen, comprises 92 allotments totaling 427* acres. The Lands and Survey "Department will cut up the block into holdings of from two and a-half to five acres.
