THAMES NEWS.

THAMES, Saturday. Last evening members of tlie Thames section of the St. John Ambulance Association met. Dr. Lapraik was presented with the certificates won.at the late examination. The doctor said he felt proud, for out of ten candidates only one failed. The secretary (Mr William O'Brien) presented the doctor with a sold scarf pin, and referred to the great kindness shown to the class.
