The New York correspondent of the "Times" says the Kaiser's four attempts to inflame Americans against the British have totally failed. The relations between Britain and America are closer and more trustful than ever. Only England's participation in. the .Venezuela. war saved Germany* from receiving a remonstrance that would have "been equally embarrassing- whether accepted or resented.
