Private box lobbies will be. open on the Ist-prox. during Sunday hours only. WEDNESDAY, 'DECEMBER 31.—Offlce. .will-be open to the public from 7 to 8 p.m. for over counter delivery of all c.las-. ses of correspondence (registered' and ordinary), including letters ' deliverable by carriers. All mails usually closing on Thursday will close at-7 p.m. on Wednesday: Inlieu of midnight clearances, all city re-, .yeivers will be cleared between the hours' of 5 and 7 p.m..
