LONDON,.December 28. During the initial trip of the new tug s.s. Tiger, at Greenock, the vessel suddenly took a list and lurched over, shipping- a considerable quantity of water. •' ' The consequence was that the boiler exploded, and the tug'foundered. Six men were drowned.
