CH_-_3TCHTJRCH, S_n_ay, At the Christcburch Cycling Club's sports on Boxing Day tbe Wheel Bace was won by A. Huston (95yds), with A. B. Barker (90yds) second, and H. Holland (50yds) third. The five-mile championship of Canterbury resulted: W. Martin, 1; W. Palmer, 2; A. Huston, 3. W. Martin, on a French: motor bicycle, made a new mile record, from a flying start, in lm, 28 3-ss. > .■':>■ J
