THE CONCENTRATION CAMPS.

LONDON, November 16,
Mr Brodrick, speaking at Dewsbury, said three millions had been spent in the-concentration camps in two years. The Continental contributions of clothing, comforts, and money were only sufficient to keep the camps going for six hours.
