THE CHINESE INDEMNITY
LONDON, November 15.
Reuters Agency states that at China's request the Powers will submit to The Hague Arbitration Tribunal the question whether a gold or silver basis shall be fixed for the Chinese indemnity. Germany has consented to the proposal.
