Punctuality is the thief of time. While there's life there's soap. Take care of the pounds and everybody will rush to take care of you. Procrastination Is the soul of wit. A stitch In time saves the buttons on your trousers.
A bird in a cage is worth two In the hand.
He laughs last who doesn't see the joke. Charity covers a multitude of skins. Reward 1b its own virtue. Though you lead a man to water, you can't make him drink.
A rolling stone spoils the broth. Once bit, leave the girl alone. It is not the coat that makes the man; it's the trousers.
Many a dishonest heart beats under a raesred coat.
Never 40 to-day what you can put off to-morrow.
It's a long lane that has no worm in it. Those who live In glass houses should have more sense. .
There is many a sober word spoken in drink.
