DEATH FROM BURNS

ASHBURTON, this day.

As the result of burns-sustained through her dress catching fire while cooking at an open fire outside her residence at Drommore on Tuesday, Rosette McMillan died in the Ashburton Hospital to-day. Her father and mother had their hands badly burned while attempting to put out the flames.
