Whereas Mihaka Awatea and other owners of Te Huruhi Block, >iorth Western Portion of Waiheke Island, kave obtained an injunction from the Native Land Court, under Sub Sec. 9 of Sec. 14, Native Land Court Act, 1594, restraining all persons from Removing Sand, Shingle, Gravel, or Ballast, from the said land or the beaches adjacent thereto, This is to notify you and each of yon (1) That any person found injuring the said land by removing sand, gravel, shtngle, or ballast therefrom, will render himself liable to legal proceedings. (2) That the said injunction will be forthwith tiled in the Office of the Supreme Court under Section 35 of the said Act, and such further proceedings taken thereon as the law directs.
