HELENSVILLE.

There was a very large audience at Miss Wilkins' annual concert, which was held in the Foresters' Hall, Helensville, on Wednesday evening. Three orchestral selections were given by Misses Wilkins, Monk, Salisbury, M. Rimmer, Mrs Stewart, Messrs Slatter and Jonas (violins). Miss Turner ('cello), Messrs J. and W. Rimmer (cornets), W. Adlington (flute), B. Becroft (euphonium), Miss M. Stewart (piano). Songs were rendered by Misses Wilkins and M- Rimmer, and Messrs White, J. and W. Rimmer, and some school cadets; vocal duet, Miss Turner and Mr J. Rimmer; violin solo.. Miss Salisbury and Master Slatter; piano duets. Misses Wilkins and .Smith, Misses Jonas and Whitaker, Misses Downey and Morris, Miss Turner and Mr Kerr Taylor; a sextette by Mrs D. Stewatr. Mrs J. Stuart, Misses Wilkins and L. Rimmer, and Messrs White and Hoskin; an action song by some school girls was most effective. Dancing was kept up with spirit until 12 p.m.—(A correspondent.)
