MELBOURNE, October 10.

Cabinet has decided to carry out the death penalty in the case of August Tisler and Mrs. Sangal (recently sentenced to death for the murder of the hitter's husband at Dandenong). The former will be executed on October 20, and the latter, a date to-be fixed later.
