_*ROWN. - On September 30th, at the residence of her son, Arthur-st., Ellerslie, Margaret McPherson, widow of tue late Arthur Brown, J.P., of Tuakau, In her 82nd year.
The funeral will leave the Tuakau Railway. Station for Cemetery, after arrival of 11.30 train to-morrow (Wednesday).

CUMMINS. — On September 29th, at the Auckland Hospital, after a long and painful Illness, John, dearly lovoJ husband of Margaret Cummins, Bombay, and dearly loved youngest son of John and Margaret Cummins, Maketu, aged 34 years. The Lord thy God" hath given thee rest. The funeral will leave Ramarama, for interment at Maketu, on Wednesday, at 2 p.m. Friends please accept this intimation. DYER. — On September 30th, 1902, Stanley ; W. M., the fourth aad dearly beloved son of Walter and Nellie Dyer, of Britomart Hotel, aged 1 year and 11 months. ■ Private interment.
THOMPSON. — On September 30th, at his residence, Victoria Avenue, Philip, the infant son of Freeman and Mary Thompson, Jun., age 14 days. Private interment.
