LONDON, September 29,
The Imperial Tobacco Company has purchased the American Tobacco Company's British interests, including Ogden's, Limited. A British company has been formed, with a capital of six millioAs, to be called the British-American Tobacco Company, for the purpose of amalgamation with such tobacco businesses as are outiside Great Britain and America.
