The "Times" says that the unofiv cial visit of Mr Wyatt, the Navy League's envoy, to Canada and Australia is ill-timed, coming as it does immediately after the Colonial Conference. In view of the fact that the colonial demands need to be handled with rare tact and discretion, it would be wiser not to attempt to force the pace.
