COMPENSATION FOR WAR LOSSES.
CAPETOWN, September 27.
The W Tar Losses Additional Compensation Bill has been read a second time.
Mr Saver urged that the Imperial Government ought to pay the losses where Imperial itroops were engaged, and the colony where .colonial troops did the damage. Thqy should also 'give compensation to convicted rebels for requisitioned stock similar to everybody else.
