SHAREMARKET.
Business on the Exchange 10-day was restricted to mining shares as far as transactions were concerned. Bunker's Hill shares sold from 3/4 to 4/2, and subsequently at 4/, with buyers left at 'that figure. The contributing issue also sold at 3/11, with further buyers at 3/9. The Haurakl Freeholds, which adjoin the Bunker's Hill, also had a sympathetic rise, buyers offering 7d per snare, as against sales at 4d yesterday. Kuranui shares have 'been in steady demand since yesterday afternoon, several parcels selling from 7d to 71rd. Walhi Extendeds were wanted at 1/5, sales being made at the late call yesterday at 1/5 and 1/6. Standard lines had good inquiry to-day, but no sales -were reported, and few changes in value with the exception that £5 was pffered for Westport Coal and 8/9 for Hikurangi.
